Everything a small team needs to hire well

One product for the careers page, the pipeline, assessments, interviews and offers — with a person making every decision.

Recruiting

From a branded careers page to a clean, searchable pipeline, with every candidate conversation on the application page.

  • Careers page with Google Jobs markup

Your jobs at yourdomain/c/company, with structured data so roles can appear in Google’s job search.

  • Forms per job category, with knockouts

Ask what each role needs. Knockout answers flag an application for review — they never reject it.

  • Bot-proof applications

An invisible Cloudflare Turnstile check, a verified email code and PDF-only resumes, each checked and stripped of scripts before anyone opens it.

  • Resumes parsed for you

Contact details, skills, experience and a readable HTML view, extracted automatically. You check anything it isn’t sure about.

  • Search in plain words, with an explained match score

“Backend engineers who have used Kafka” finds the right people. Each match score shows its three parts.

  • Board or table, saved views, tags and bulk actions

Work the pipeline the way you like, and act on a hundred candidates at once.

  • Move a candidate to the right job in one step

History and events come with them.

  • Duplicates and talent pools

Merge the same person applying twice, keep strong runners-up in pools, and tell them when a fitting role opens.

  • Add candidates you already have

Upload one resume, or up to 100 PDFs with an optional CSV of names and emails. Review what was parsed and any possible duplicates, then import. Nothing is created until you confirm.

  • Stage emails, no inbox to watch

Every move asks: send, edit or skip. Mail goes from a no-reply address, and every candidate email links their application page. Rejections wait 48 hours and can be cancelled.

  • Messages on the application page

Candidates write to you from their application page and read your replies there. Owners, admins and HR reply from the candidate’s Messages tab. The candidate’s email carries only a link, at most one every 15 minutes.

  • Candidates control their email

A “Stop non-essential emails” button on the application page. Emails about their own application still arrive.

  • Scheduling with a pick-a-slot link

Choose a time from your panel’s working hours and existing interviews, or send the candidate a link to pick one. Invites go by email with a calendar file; add your own meeting link.

  • Offers with approvals

Terms visible only to HR and approvers, an approval chain in order, and a letter generated for you.

  • Share links

Your team gets a link per job; applications that come through it are tagged with its source.

  • Employee referrals with a bonus

An employee refers someone they know by name and sees the reward first. The candidate confirms it when applying. After the waiting period, HR checks both still work here and records the bonus. agHire tracks the payment; it doesn’t make it.

Your website, job boards and HR system

Show your open jobs on your own website and on job boards, and send each hire to your HR system when you choose.

  • Jobs on your own website

Paste a two-line snippet and your open jobs appear on your site, in a light or dark style, linking to agHire’s apply pages. With no openings it says so; if agHire can’t be reached it shows a plain link to your careers page.

  • JSON and RSS job feeds

The same open jobs as a public JSON or RSS feed, for your site builder or your own tools. Public fields only: no salary and no internal notes.

  • Post this job, with tracked links

Copy an apply link for Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, foundit, Instahyre, Cutshort or Wellfound. The source report shows which board each applicant came from.

  • Where each job is posted

Track where each job is posted and what each board costs per hire. When a job closes, the recruiters get a reminder to take it down from every board it is still on. Costs are visible to owners, admins and HR only.

  • Careers and job pages in the sitemap

Every open job page is listed for search engines, with job markup so roles can appear in Google’s job search.

  • Send hires to your HR system

A deliberate step on a hired candidate: send to up to five HR email addresses and a signed webhook. Name and contact details always go; tick title, salary, joining date, location or a note. Owners, admins and the HR users they pick can send, and every send is recorded.

Assessments

Tests written from the job and the candidate’s own resume, taken on a one-time link, graded with a person confirming every judgement.

  • Tailored to each candidate

At least 30% of questions reference the candidate’s own projects, so a rehearsed answer doesn’t fit.

  • Eight question types

Single and multiple choice, short and long answers, problem solving, logical reasoning, personality and typing. No coding tests yet.

  • One-time links, no login

Email the link or copy it for a live call. It works on one device, with a server-side timer and autosave.

  • Integrity signals

Paste blocking, tab and full-screen tracking, typing analysis, an AI-answer indicator and optional camera checks — shown as context, not as a verdict.

  • Reminders to finish

Send a reminder to a candidate who has not started, and one goes out by itself a day before the link expires. Each reminder carries a new link; the earlier one stops working.

  • Grades a person confirms

Choice and typing questions grade themselves. Written answers get an AI-suggested score that someone on your team accepts or changes.

  • Playback and a question bank

Replay how an answer was typed, see the integrity timeline, and save good questions for next time.

Interviews

A focused view for every interviewer — with salary and contact details kept out of it — feedback that stays independent, and every panel’s feedback open to the hiring team.

  • Focused interviewer view

A redacted resume, the application answers that matter and the round’s kit. Salary, notice period and contact details never reach it.

  • Blind until you submit

Interviewers see each other’s feedback only after sending their own, so every opinion is independent.

  • Scorecards with evidence

Rate each attribute 1 to 4, attach work samples up to 20 MB, and edit for 24 hours.

  • Earlier rounds and assessments, when you choose

Share previous feedback or assessment results with a panel per interview. You decide how much interviewers see of an assessment: answers and marks by default, with integrity signals or the full review if you switch them on.

  • A candidate page for interviewers

Interviewers open the candidates they are interviewing: redacted resume, application answers, their interviews and the assessments you allow. No salary, contact details, offers, messages or HR notes.

  • Change the panel late

Add or swap an interviewer after the interview is booked, or after it has happened so someone who sat in can give feedback. Only the people affected are told.

  • Every panel’s feedback, for the hiring team

Owners, admins, HR and the job’s hiring manager can open any interview and read each panelist’s ratings and notes, and see who has yet to submit. Reading is not scoring: owners and admins fill in a scorecard only on panels they sit on.

  • Debrief side by side

Every scorecard in one place, with an optional AI summary for HR to read.

  • Reminders and external interviewers

Nudges at 24 hours and escalation at 48. Invite outside interviewers by email; their access ends a week after their last interview.

Admin and reporting

Roles that match how small companies hire, pipelines per job, and reports computed from what actually happened.

  • Sign-in and roles

Staff sign in with a one-time email link. Owner, admin, HR, hiring manager and interviewer roles, each seeing only what it should.

  • Several companies, one sign-in

People who hire for more than one company, such as a fractional HR lead, switch between workspaces from the top bar. Each workspace keeps its own data, roles and settings.

  • Pipelines and interview plans per job

Stages, stage emails, SLAs and multi-round interview plans.

  • Reports

Funnel, time in stage, time to hire, sources, rejection reasons, interviewer timeliness and assessment pass rates — with CSV export.

  • AI on your own key, on every plan

Add an OpenRouter, Anthropic, DeepSeek or OpenAI-compatible key. Choose the model per task and cap monthly spend. Without a key, everything except the AI suggestions still works.

  • Plans without a payment gateway

Start free; move to a paid plan by invoice. We set your limits — no card on file.

Security and privacy

Tenant-isolated, stored in India, and built so AI never sees what it shouldn’t.

  • Isolated, in India

Each company’s data is separated and stored in Mumbai (asia-south1), encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • Tamper-evident audit, checked nightly

Every change is hash-chained, and a job checks the chains every night, so an edited or deleted record shows.

  • Backups and recovery

Daily and weekly database backups, plus point-in-time recovery for the last 7 days.

  • Monitoring and bot checks

Uptime checks and alerts on errors and failed jobs. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile; Firebase App Check is being rolled out, in monitoring mode for now.

  • Consent, export, delete, retention

Consent recorded per application; exports and deletions within 30 days; automatic purge after your retention period.

  • Redaction before AI

Email, phone, address, date of birth and salary are removed before any AI call.
