Terms of service

These terms cover companies using agHire, run by ArivuGuru, to recruit.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite to your workspace and the roles you give them. Owners control retention, AI settings and data requests.

Candidates’ data

You are the controller of your candidates’ data and agHire processes it on your behalf. You agree to use it only for recruiting, and to answer candidates’ access and deletion requests within 30 days using the tools provided.

AI features

AI output in agHire is a suggestion. You agree not to use it as the sole basis for a hiring decision. agHire never rejects a candidate or sends AI-written text on its own.

Plans and billing

The free plan allows 1 active job, 3 users and 200 applicants a month, and, like every plan, runs AI on the customer's own AI key. Paid plans are invoiced manually.

On the free plan, ArivuGuru may use data in your workspace only to produce aggregated, anonymised product analytics, such as how many applications a typical job receives or which features are used. These analytics never identify a candidate or your company. ArivuGuru does not use identifiable candidate or company data for any other purpose of its own, and does not use identifiable records to train AI models. Paid plans exclude this use.

Acceptable use

Don’t use agHire to discriminate unlawfully, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or to try to get around its security.
