- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. 1 active job, 3 teammates and 200 applicants a month, with no time limit and no card. As on every plan, AI runs on your own key.
- How do paid plans work?
- Tell us your hiring volume and we send an invoice. We set your plan’s limits; there is no payment gateway and no card on file.
- Is AI included?
- No. On every plan, free or paid, you bring your own AI key (OpenRouter, Anthropic, DeepSeek or OpenAI-compatible) and pay your provider directly, at their price. You set a monthly cap. Without a key, everything except the AI suggestions still works.
- Can we list our jobs on our own website?
- Yes, on every plan: paste a two-line snippet, or use the JSON or RSS feed of your open jobs.
- Can candidates reply to your emails?
- No. Emails come from a no-reply address with a link to the candidate’s application page, where they can message your HR team and stop non-essential emails.
- What happens to data on the free plan?
- Only aggregated, anonymised product analytics. No identifiable candidate or company data is used, and no AI is trained on identifiable records. Paid plans exclude even this.
- Where is our data stored?
- In India (Google Cloud, Mumbai). Each company’s data is isolated, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery.
